  1. I like sugar cookies with hot coco. You don’t need anything that has more chocolate in it to compete with the hot coco, so sugar cookies are just sweet enough and yummy. As for rice krispies, below is their site and has the original recipe. So if you can’t click on this site, just Google Rice Krispie treats and you’ll find it!!! Have a great time.

  2. Cookies, doughnuts, pretty much any other sweet snack. Just don’t have too much of a chocolatey snack with it, you’ll chocolate yourself out that’s what I always end up doing and I can’t finish my hot cocoa. 🙁

  3. Biscotti. Non chocolate if you don’t want to get a overdose of chocolate but if you want the full effect do chocolate with chocolate chips/chunks.
If you just want to beef up the hot coco add some Cinnamon and a touch of cayenne pepper. That is a Mexican variation.

    Ice Cream on the side.

Here is another Mexican goodie. To kill for good.
    Churros
    here is the recipe:
    ngredients
    5 cups water
    8 ounces butter
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup corn oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    5 cups all purpose flour
    8 eggs
    1 pint corn oil
    Cinnamon Sugar, recipe follows
    Directions
Heat water, butter, salt, sugar, oil, vanilla extract and nutmeg to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about one minute). Remove from heat. Beat eggs in all at once. Continue beating until smooth. Let the dough cool. Place dough in a piping bag with a star tip. In a large frying pan, heat corn oil. Pipe the churros in long rods directly into the hot corn oil. Fry until golden brown on all sides. Dust with Cinnamon Sugar and serve. You dip them in the coco. Warning they are addictive.

    Cinnamon sugar:
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup ground cinnamon
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together and store in an airtight container.

    Yield: 4 servings
